1. Who we are
American Air Control LLC ("American Air Control," "we," "us") is a licensed HVAC contractor (CSLB #115-8383) operating across Southern California and serving Riverside and Orange County. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly through our estimate and service request form: your name, phone number, email address, city, property type, the service you are requesting, and any description of your equipment or issue you choose to include. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device type, referring page and general location, through standard website analytics.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, provide quotes, send appointment and follow-up communication, invoice for completed work, and keep records of the work performed on your property. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Phone calls, text messages and consent
If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our form, you agree that American Air Control may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS) or email about your request, your appointment and the service performed. Message frequency varies based on your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Mobile information you provide for the purpose of receiving calls or text messages from us will not be sold, rented or shared with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with the messaging service providers strictly necessary to deliver those messages on our behalf.
5. Service providers we use
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the business: a website and database host that stores your form submission, an email provider that notifies us of new requests, a telephone and messaging provider used to call and text you, and Housecall Pro for scheduling, invoicing and payment after service is complete. These providers process your information only to deliver those services to us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors find and use it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
7. How long we keep information
We retain service requests, job records and related communication for as long as needed to serve you, honor warranty obligations, and meet legal, tax and licensing recordkeeping requirements in the State of California.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we have collected about you, request a copy of it, request that we correct it, or request that we delete it, subject to our legal and warranty recordkeeping obligations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.
9. Children
This website is intended for customers seeking HVAC services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes; the effective date above will reflect any update. To ask a question about this policy, or to make a privacy request, contact American Air Control LLC by phone or email using the contact details listed on our Contact page.
