1. Agreement to these terms
By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit a request.
2. Licensing
American Air Control LLC is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, license #115-8383, and carries $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. License status can be verified at the CSLB website.
3. This website is information, not a contract
Descriptions of services, equipment, brands and capabilities on this site are provided for general information. Nothing on this site is an offer, a binding quote, or a guarantee of price, availability or scheduling. Work is performed only under a written scope or work authorization signed or approved by the customer.
4. Estimates and quotes
Estimates are based on the equipment, access and site conditions observed or described at the time of the estimate. Concealed conditions, code requirements, permitting, equipment availability, or changes you request may change the price or schedule. Any such change will be communicated to you before the additional work proceeds.
5. Emergency and response times
We offer 24/7 emergency dispatch and prioritize systems that are fully down. Response times depend on call volume, crew availability, parts availability, weather and site access, and are not guaranteed unless stated in writing in a specific agreement.
6. Warranty
Equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to that manufacturer’s terms, registration requirements and maintenance requirements. In addition, American Air Control warrants the workmanship of installations we perform, and stands behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from misuse, neglect of required maintenance, power or water quality issues, work performed by others, or conditions outside the scope of what we installed.
7. Payment
Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Invoices are issued after work is complete and are sent to you as a secure payment link through Housecall Pro. No payment is collected on this website.
8. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the equipment, including roof access, keys, gate codes, electrical panel access and a clear working area, and to disclose known hazards or prior work on the system. Certain work may require the property owner’s authorization.
9. Communications consent
By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls, text messages and emails from American Air Control about your request and service. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is handled.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by California law, American Air Control is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business or lost product, arising from equipment failure, delay in service or parts availability. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater amount is required by law.
11. Photography
Photographs on this website are of work performed by American Air Control or of representative equipment of the type we install and service.
12. Governing law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Riverside County. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.
